There has been an update to the supported devices listed in the "VR Goggles User Guidelines" for the LIVE Blu-ray "ARENA TOUR 2024 UNDERGROUND" FC exclusive edition.
We ask that all customers, including customers who have already placed their order, to check the list of supported devices noted below and once again confirm that they are able to view and play the sample video provided in the "Free Content" section in the middle of the VR MODE app top page.

【Supported Devices】
Output and/or mirroring to computers, tablet devices, flip phone-style smartphones (smartphones with a telephone keypad), raku-raku smartphones and external displays are not supported.
※You will only be able to view the VR footage through the app.

OS
・Devices released by the 3 main carriers in Japan after 2023
・In the case of iOS: iOS17 or later
・iPhone 15 or later
※With the latest iOS installed, models older than the iPhone 15 may be able to play the VR footage, however, there is no guarantee that they will. Please do confirm that you are able to view and play the free sample video provided in the "Free Content" section in the middle of the VR MODE app top page before placing your order.
・In the case of Android™: Android 14 or later
・MetaQuest2, MetaQuest3, 3S latest systems recommended
※With regards to the Oculus Go, with the end of Oculus GO support by Oculus, it will also not be supported on VR MODE.
※Please note that depending on the video playback function capability of your device, your device may not be supported even with a supported OS installed.

Android devices with the following CPU do not support 4K video playback and hence are not supported.
・Snapdragon 4 Gen 1, Gen 2
・Snapdragon 6s Gen3
・Snapdragon 695
・Snapdragon 400 series or lower
・Krin 700 series or lower
・MediaTek Dimensity 6000 Series
・MediaTek Helio G96, G99
