【Eligibility】
Customers who have won and made payment for the "Standard Ticket" during the Round 1 advance ticket sales (lottery) and/or Round 2 ticket sales (lottery)

【Premium Ticket Price】
¥27,000 (tax included) / ticket
(Standard Ticket (¥13,500) + Upgrade Fee (¥13,500))
※Separate Upgrade System Handling Fee Required

② Apply for tickets by following the instructions from the "Click here to apply" link on the [Before Event] relevant concert page in your My Page.
※Please be sure to check the points of precaution before applying.

※There will be a lottery held for the ticket upgrade. Please note that there is no guarantee of a ticket.
※Please note that even if you apply for the ticket upgrade, your ticket upgrade application will be treated as unsuccessful if we are not able to confirm a valid W-Member, Official Fan Club LE-CIEL or Digital Fan Club LE-CIEL (Annual Course) membership.
※In the case you do not win the lottery for the ticket upgrade, your ticket will be treated as a "standard ticket" which you can use to enter and watch the concert. ※You will not be able to apply for the ticket upgrade if you have not won and made payment for the "standard ticket" during the Round 1 advance ticket sales (lottery) and/or Round 2 ticket sales (lottery).
※Please apply for the same number of ticket upgrades as the number of "standard tickets" you purchased during the Round 1 advance ticket sales (lottery) and/or Round 2 ticket sales (lottery). Please note that you will not be able to apply for only a portion of the tickets.
＜Example＞ If you have purchased 2 "standard tickets", please apply for an upgrade for 2 tickets during the "premium ticket" upgrade application. You will not be able to apply for an upgrade for just 1 out of the 2 "standard tickets".
※In the event you win the lottery for the "premium ticket", you will be required to pay an upgrade fee of ¥13,500 (tax included) plus a separate upgrade system handling fee of ¥1,100 (tax included) for each ticket.
※Payment will be accepted by credit card only. Payment will automatically be made when you win the lottery for the ticket upgrade.
※Changes/cancellations will not be accepted after the end of the application period of the ticket upgrade lottery.
Please note that "premium tickets" are not eligible for trading at marked price. Customers who may potentially put tickets up for trading at marked price, please be careful not to apply for the ticket upgrade lottery.
※Customers who will be visiting the venue in a wheelchair, please note and understand that you will be seated at the venue's designated space for wheelchair users (wheelchair seat) before applying for tickets. Accompanying person(s) can choose whether to view the concert from the designated space for wheelchair users (wheelchair seat) or an arena seat.
※The original merchandise will be handed to you at the concert venue on the day of the concert. Please note that we will not be able to ship it to you at a later date. In addition, in the case of defects, exchanges will only be accepted on the day itself so please check the contents as soon as possible after you receive the merchandise at the venue.
