＜What is a Premium Ticket?＞

A "premium ticket is a ticket that guarantees you a seat in the arena section, and comes with original merchandise.
A "premium ticket" is a ticket that is upgraded from a "standard ticket". If you wish to apply for a "premium ticket", please first apply for a "standard ticket".

Customers who have purchased tickets during the following ticket sales periods will be eligible to enter the lottery for the "premium ticket" upgrade.

① "W-Members" Earliest Advance Ticket Sales Round 1 (Lottery)
② "W-Members" "Official Fan Club LE-CIEL Members" "Digital Fan Club LE-CIEL (Annual Course) Members" Ticket Sales Round 2 (Lottery)

Applications for an upgrade to a "premium ticket" will be accepted at a later date from customers who purchased tickets during the above ① or ② ticket sales and a lottery will be held. In the event you win the lottery for the "premium ticket", you will be required to pay an upgrade fee of ¥12,000 (tax included) plus a separate upgrade system handling fee of ¥990 (tax included) for each ticket.

However, for the February 8, 2024 (Thu) [LE-CIEL PRESENTS] Fan Club Members-Exclusive Concert, only "W-Members" who have applied for, won and made payment for the "standard ticket" during the above ① or ② ticket sales will be eligible to enter the lottery for a ticket upgrade. In addition, you will be required to register your accompanying person(s) for this concert and they must also be a "W-Member".

The schedule for applications to join the ticket upgrade lottery will be announced at a later date.

■All tickets will be electronic tickets.
■Regardless of age, all concert attendees will require a ticket.
■Both the ticket applicant and accompanying person(s) must be registered as a member of "ticket board" (free to register).
■Tickets cannot be changed, cancelled, refunded, etc. after you have applied for and purchased them.
■With the exception of in the event the concerts are postponed or cancelled, tickets cannot be refunded.
■Due to the stage equipment or the stage setup, a section of the stage and/or the performance may be difficult to see depending on the seat.
■In addition, please do read through the points of precaution listed on the special website and "ticket board" before applying for tickets.
