For 2 years from January 1, 2024 until December 31, 2025, HYDE will be appointed as the "Tourism Ambassador of Austria", sharing the charms of Austria.

This is the first time the Austrian National Tourist Office has appointed a tourism ambassador even amongst its branches worldwide, in recognition of HYDE's achievements in his long music career and his contributions to the music industry.

During his time as the tourism ambassador, HYDE is scheduled to carry out various activities including spreading information about Austria through social media.
At the inauguration ceremony held at the Austrian Embassy in Japan on November 13 (Mon) where HYDE received his letter of appointment, HYDE conveyed his enthusiasm, commenting, "I haven't been to Austria yet, but I want to visit as soon as possible so as to discover Austria's charms for myself and convey them to the Japanese people."

I am honored to be able to form this connection with Austria, the place where great musicians such as Mozart and Beethoven were active.
I especially like European cities so I hope to be able to take a walk in Vienna, Salzburg and more.
I also want to try eating Knödel and Kaiserschmarrn while sipping on wine.
