Announcement Regarding the Postponement of HYDE LIVE 2020-2021 ANTI WIRE Osaka-jo Hall Concert

This is an announcement regarding the HYDE LIVE 2020-2021 ANTI WIRE Osaka-jo Hall Concert that was scheduled to be held on January 16 (Sat) and January 17 (Sun), 2021. With the continuing spread of the coronavirus, and the likelihood that a state of emergency for 3 Kansai prefectures including Osaka prefecture will be announced, we regret to have to inform you that the concerts will be postponed in consideration of the current guidelines set in place in the Osaka prefecture.

Concerts at Sendai, Tokyo, Fukuoka, and Sapporo are still scheduled to be held as planned at this time.
We sincerely apologize to all fans who were looking forward to the Osaka concert, and ask for your kind understanding.

The postponed concerts will be held on the following rescheduled dates.

【Rescheduled Concert Dates】
Venue Osaka-jo Hall
January 16, 2021 (Sat) → (Rescheduled) March 6, 2021 (Sat) 
Doors Open 5:30pm / Start 7:06pm
January 17, 2021 (Sun) → (Rescheduled) March 7, 2021 (Sun)
Doors Open 3:30pm / Start 5:06pm
※There are no changes to the venue and scheduled start times.

【Regarding Ticket Refunds】
Please take care not to lose your ticket as your current tickets will be valid for the respective rescheduled concert dates.
Please note that the tickets will be considered invalid if you have lost or forgotten it and do not have your ticket.
In addition, please note that paper tickets will be considered invalid if the ticket stub has been torn off.
Ticket-holders who are unable to attend the concert on the rescheduled dates, or have decided to refrain from coming to see the concert, will be eligible for a ticket refund.
※It will be a full refund of the ticket price.

<Notes of Precaution Regarding Merchandise>
Merchandise that has been reserved in advance and scheduled for collection at the January 16 (Sat) and 17 (Sun) concerts can be collected on the respective rescheduled concert dates at the same time period reserved.
As only reservations accepted without payment (payment to be made at the venue), your order will automatically be cancelled if you are unable to attend the concert on its rescheduled date.
Please note that once the merchandise is handed to the customer, the transaction will be considered complete and we will not be able to respond to delivery requests.
Merchandise is scheduled to be made available online after the tour has ended, so please make use of the online service. We apologize for any inconvenience.

【Refund Period (Please note that this differs depending on where you purchased your ticket)】
●Customers who purchased through HYDEIST Advance/ HYDERoom Advance/ SKIYAKI TICKET Resale Market
January 14, 2021 (Thu) 12:00pm 〜 January 17, 2021 (Sun) 11:59pm (local time)
●Customers who purchased during advance/general ticket sales other than the above
January 13, 2021 (Wed) 10:00am 〜 January 17, 2021 (Sun) 11:59pm (local time)
※Please note that you will not be able to apply for refunds outside of the aforementioned refund period.
※Refund procedures differ depending on where you have purchased your tickets.
※In the case of paper tickets, only tickets with their ticket stub intact are eligible for refunds. Tickets without their ticket stubs will not be eligible for a refund.
※Refunds will not be made at the concert venue.


【Refund Procedure】
●For those who purchased during HYDEIST Advance/ HYDERoom Advance ticket sales
Please apply for refunds during the refund period through the following application form.
Please note that cancellations after making an application will not be accepted under any circumstances.
Refund Application Form (FC Advance Purchases)
※Applications will be accepted from 12:00pm on January 14, 2021 (Thu) (local time).
If you have made a purchase of multiple tickets, you can select the number of tickets you wish to have refunded.
We do not accept applications from accompanying person(s). We ask that the representative who purchased the tickets make the application within the refund period.
After receiving your application, if your tickets are confirmed to be eligible for refunds, we will send you a postal transfer payment slip (郵便振替払出証書) from mid-March 2021. Please bring the postal transfer payment slip and your identification card to the Japan Post Bank or the savings counter at the post office to exchange for cash.
The postal transfer payment slip will be delivered to the address entered into the ticket refund application form in a green envelope from the Postal Savings Office Center (郵便貯金事務センター; Yuubin Chokin Jimu Center).

●For those who purchased through SKIYAKI TICKET Resale Market
Please apply for refunds during the refund period through the following application form.
Please note that cancellations after making an application will not be accepted under any circumstances.

Please bring your ticket to get it refunded at the store at which you had it issued. (The name of the store at which you had your ticket issued is printed on the bottom left hand corner of your ticket)
Please note that business hours vary depending on the store at which you purchased.
◆Customers who selected collection through Cloak and have yet to get their tickets issued
Customers who have selected ticket collection through Cloak and have yet to get their tickets issued, please get your tickets refunded through the ticket list on Cloak.

●For those who purchased through Lawson Ticket
Please bring your ticket and handling fee receipts to apply for ticket refunds through the Loppi system set up in-store.
Please go to your nearest Lawson store if you had your ticket issued at Lawson, and go to Ministop if you had your ticket issued at Ministop. Tickets can be refunded at any store as long as the store is of the same convenience store chain at which the ticket was issued.
Customers who wish to receive a refund but have yet to get their tickets issued, please get your ticket issued through the "Loppi" system set up in-store, before proceeding with the refund procedure.
Customers who chose to receive their tickets by home-delivery can get their tickets refunded at their nearest Lawson store.
Please note that only the ticket price will be refunded if you have lost the receipts for the various handling fees.
